Restaurants all over Atlanta are partaking in summer's glorious bounty. At Rathbun's, for instance, Executive Chef Kevin Rathbun and Pastry Chef Kirk Parks have been offering all sorts of creative specials like cantaloupe with feta cheese and mint serrano vinaigrette and fried local okra with opal basis aioli. Desserts feature whimsical updates of soda fountain favorites.
